Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Contor was appointed to deliver the second phase of renovation works at The Kath Locke Centre. This comprehensive fit-out project encompassed both the ground and first floors, transforming the existing spaces into modern, functional environments.

Scope of Works

The project commenced with a full soft strip demolition of existing plasterboard partitions, floor coverings, suspended ceiling tiles, and sanitary installations across both floors. The subsequent fit-out programme included the installation of new internal partitions, contemporary glazed screens, vinyl and carpet floor finishes, suspended ceiling systems, internal doors, fully refurbished WC facilities, and complete decoration throughout.
