Contor were engaged by our client early in the pre-construction process to develop the principal cost plan and specifications to assist in the procurement of development funding.
Early engagement with our key design team partners and initial site investigations were finalised to enable the discharge of conditions and planning amendments which then allowed for a prompt site commencement.
Construction of one pair of contemporary four-bedroom, 2000ft2 detached houses with open-plan kitchen diners featuring high-tech cooking equipment and tailored bathroom installations centering around stylish Roca bathroom furniture and sanitaryware.
The completed scheme was able to achieve handover and occupancy on time and within budget.
