Project Details
This brand new Starbucks consists of a steel-frame and composite clad shell, built to the tenant’s high specification which included the demolition of an existing fast food, drive-thru building and extensive external works package prior to the commencement of the new-build development.
Contor’s management team along with the key designers immediately took on board the detailed specification and requirements of the ingoing tenant and fully integrated these within the design as early in the project as possible.
This close liaison between all parties ensured prompt and continuous flow of information facilitating work on site to progress in line with programme.
As a result, this contract was completed to all parties’ satisfaction and allowed the final fit out and opening of the outlet in accordance with the tenant’s strict deadlines.
