Project Details

Landlord refurbishment works to create a new unit to be occupied by the Nando’s food chain. Works involved the demolition of existing structures, the cutting of existing slabs to form extensive new drainage runs throughout the unit. The installation of new, jumbo stud walls and associated umbrella supports. Roof strengthening works and structural steel installations to form new steel egress doors into two units. The installation of new curtain walling and alterations to existing glazed canopies to extend and match existing. The formation of trenches, ducting and electrical, gas and water main connections to 2nr units and all alterations to the rear access/deliveries yard. The design, manufacture and installation of a cantilevered plant deck to service all new plant and equipment throughout the unit.
