Contor was awarded this public realm improvement contract following a competitive tender process. The project was commissioned to revitalise the Little Hulton District Centre, enhancing both the visual appeal and functionality of this community hub for local residents and businesses.

Scope of Works

The works comprised extensive groundworks and civil engineering, professional cleaning and restoration of the existing canopies, installation of new external lighting to the car park, and comprehensive drainage surveys and jetting to the retail and residential units. The project delivered a significant uplift to the public realm, supporting the vitality of local shops and the surrounding housing.
